Our final building cost is based on various factors, such as:

• The house designs 

• The type of foundation

• The materials, finishes and PC Amounts for the Kitchens, bathrooms etc.

• The total area of the house

 

Our Building Cost for big houses (400m2 plus) generally starts at R 9 450/m2. For smaller houses the Building Cost can be as high R 9 900/m2

How to calculate the initial Building Cost: 

To calculate the initial building:

Total House Area (m2) X Quoted Building Cost/m2.
