BUILDING PACKAGE OR TURNKEY PROJECTS
What is a Building Package or Turnkey Projects?
A complete building package orn Turnkey Projects is where the stand, plan and finally completed house is bundled and financed together.
1. The Stand
If you don’t yet have a stand, we can source one for you.
Available stands are located in:
Pretoria East, Pretoria North, Centurion, Midrand, and Hartebeespoort Dam
Use Your Own Stand
We can include either your own registered stand or a stand for which you have an active Offer to Purchase in the Home Building Package
2. Design Of Your Unique Plan
You then meet with our architect to begin designing your unique house plans, tailored to your needs and aligned with our quote and specifications
3. Apply For Financing
With the Concept Plan and supporting documents in place, we can apply for financing on your behalf through one of the financial institutions. This building loan will cover both the stand and the full construction cost if needed.
4. Approval of the Plans
Once your finance is approved, we proceed by submitting your building plans to the local authority for approval and enrolling the project with the NHBRC.
5. The Construction Phase
Once your building plans are approved and the NHBRC Enrollment Certificate is issued, construction can begin. The building phase typically takes between 6 and 8 months. Throughout the process, you stay actively involved with site visits and by choosing certain finishes along the way, ensuring your home reflects your personal style
6. The occupation of your House
Once the local authority issues the Occupation Certificate at the end of construction, your dream home is officially ready for you to move in
