What about soil conditions in Pretoria area?
There are mainly two soil conditions in Pretoria namely clay and dolomite area, which need raft foundations which are little more expensive than the reinforced strip foundations in normal ground.
What kind of roofs are included in our Building projects?
Clients have a choice of two kinds of roofs, namely concrete roof tiles and chromadek metal sheeting, with the chromadek more expensive than the roof tiles. Some architects love to incorporate concrete roof slabs into their roof structures, which make a roof more expensive, and which can create waterproofing problems in the future.
