THE 6 STEPS IN A BUILDING PACKAGE PROCESS
What is a Building Package?
A complete building package is where the stand, plan and final house is bundled and financed together.
1. The Stand
2. Design Of Your Unique Plan
If you don't have a Stand, we can source a stand for you.
Stands available in the following areas:
Pretoria East and North, Centurion, Midrand and
Hartebeespoort Dam
You start visiting our Architect and start designing your unique house plans according to our specifications.
Use Your Own Stand
We can use your own registered stand or a stand on which you have an Offer To Purchase in the Home Building Package
4. Approval of the Plans
When your finance is approved, we shall submit the plans to the local authorities for approval and to the NHBRC for their enrollment.
6. The occupation of your House
The moment we receive an Occupation Certificate from the local authority when the building process is completed, you can move into your Dream House.
3. Apply For Financing
With the Concept Plan and other documents, we can apply for financing for you from one of the Financial Institutions for a building loan that includes the cost of the stand and the building cost.
5. The Construction Phase
When the building plans are approved, and we have received the NHBRC Enrollment certificate, we can start with the building process. The building period is usually between 6 and 8 months. You fully participate in the building process with site visits and by selecting some of the finishes from time to time.
